Once upon a time,there was a boy named Amir,Who just got a pet fish.Oh,how it brought him cheer!
He loved watching it swim in circles,flap its fins,and eat,but as bedtime drew near,he wondered about its sleep.
"Do fish brush their teeth?Amir thought with a grin,"Or wear pajamas to bed?"as he scratched his chin.
He wondered if fish slept or if to stayed awake,As he snuggled in his blankets, for bed he did make.
"Good night," fish he whispered as he turned out the light, hoping his little fishy friend would have a good night.
In his dreams,he saw his fish brushing its teeth with glee And wearing little pajamas, just like he.
The next day he woke up and went to see his fish, and to his surprise, it gave him a little swish.
It seemed to say,"Good morning,"with a little wiggle, as if to say," I slept well, without a single giggle.
Amir was overjoyed to see his fish so bright, and he knew in his heart that he had slept well all night.
He gave his fishy friend some yummy fishy food, watched it swim in circles, feeling really good.
