Vocabulary:
1.Toxins = are substances created by plants and animals that are poisonous (toxic) to humans. Toxins may also include some medicines that are helpful in small doses, but poisonous in large amounts. Most toxins that cause problems in humans come from germs such as bacteria.
2.Gallbladder = a small sac-shaped organ beneath the liver in which bile is stored after secretion by the liver and before release into the intestine.
3.Glucose = is the main type of sugar in the blood and is the major source of energy for the body's cells. Glucose comes from the foods we eat or the body can make it from other substances. Glucose is carried to the cells through the bloodstream. Several hormones, including insulin, control glucose levels in the blood. Questions:
